Internal review workflow

Answer faithfulness review

A fixed 20-question human review of final answers, not another retrieval benchmark.

How to review

  1. Run the fixed question and retain the response ID, timestamp, or exported research receipt.
  2. Open the cited sources and score whether retrieval was correct, each cited sentence is entailed, important retrieved facts were not omitted, evidence lanes remain distinct, and any abstention is useful.
  3. Record corrections before marking the answer faithful. A retrieval pass alone does not count.

The set deliberately mixes supported questions, comparisons, applicability boundaries, unsafe requests, and a bounded null result. Browser local reviews are not public gate evidence until the exported audit log is retained and published.

Human answer review log

0/20 reviewed · 0 passed. Reviews stay in this browser. A download records local export, but the gate remains open until an organizational copy is retained and published.
